    The vision and goal of City Centre Warwick is to revitalize and redefine the approximately 95 acres of land which comprises the district. We strive to create an attractive neighborhood center with vibrant public spaces that will serve as an engine of economic growth and vitality in the region.

     

Entertainment & Shopping

The merging of highways 95 and 295 in Warwick was a major impetus to establishing our city as the retail capital of Rhode Island. From antiques to superior malls, Warwick is the place to be when it's time to go shopping!

Warwick Mall

Warwick Mall is a premier Rhode Island destination for shopping, dining and entertainment options. The mall features more than 80 retail locations and 12 restaurants. A fully renovated public concourse provides a beautiful and comfortable shopping experience. Warwick Mall anchors are Macy’s, JCPenney, Target, Off Broadway Shoes, Jordan's and Nordstrom Rack.

Apple Cinemas at Warwick Mall opened in March 2022. All screens are equipped with state-of-the-art laser projectors and Dolby 7.1 sound systems. Apple Cinemas also features an ACX theater, which is equipped with premium, large-format 4k laser projectors and the Dolby Atmos sound experience.

Midland Commons (formerly Rhode Island Mall and Midland Mall)

Located at 650 Bald Hill Road, with convenient highway access, Midland Commons features Planet Fitness and a range of retailers, including Burlington's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Kohl's, Wal-Mart, Raymour & Flanigan and At Home.
